The Excel Angyo®
IK1002 Life Kit is a convenient disposable
system for PTCA angioplasty and stenting procedures; a customized surgical
accessory kit can include the Excel-6, 9 & 10 french large-bore hemostasis
y-connector, inflation device with luminescent gauge, 3-way stopcock,
metal guide wire insertion tool, and torque device. The inflator syringe
features a 15, 20 or 30 ATM luminescent gauge to accommodate most procedures
and a 20cc polycarbonate barrel that will not flex under pressure.
Originally designed for use in cardiac catheterization and radiology
procedures, the inflation device has also been used in urological and
neurological applications.
